Job Responsibilities:

Design and implement clinical service workflows across levels of care including Ambulatory Withdrawal Management (AWM), Partial Care, and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP)

Apply ASAM Criteria to program design and ensure compliance with New Jersey state licensing regulations

Develop standardized pre-admission screening workflows using ASAM Placement Criteria, including documentation protocols and referral trend analysis

Track client outcomes such as retention, discharge status, and satisfaction using Microsoft Excel and KIPU EMR analytics

Generate reports to support clinical KPI tracking and data analysis

Manage clinical record review processes and ensure documentation meets legal, clinical, and billing standards

Navigate Electronic Health Record system (KIPU) and conduct internal audits

Support CARF accreditation readiness and New Jersey licensure audits

Provide outpatient withdrawal management in a licensed clinical setting using ASAM criteria for placement and CIWA-Ar for alcohol withdrawal monitoring

Provide medical oversight for alcohol, opioids, and benzodiazepines and ensure safe detox by following state regulations and evidence-based protocols
