Master’s degree in Applied Psychology or Psychology with 1 year of experience required.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement clinical service workflows across levels of care including Ambulatory Withdrawal Management (AWM), Partial Care, and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP)

  • Apply ASAM Criteria to program design and ensure compliance with New Jersey state licensing regulations

  • Develop standardized pre-admission screening workflows using ASAM Placement Criteria, including documentation protocols and referral trend analysis

  • Track client outcomes such as retention, discharge status, and satisfaction using Microsoft Excel and KIPU EMR analytics

  • Generate reports to support clinical KPI tracking and data analysis

  • Manage clinical record review processes and ensure documentation meets legal, clinical, and billing standards

  • Navigate Electronic Health Record system (KIPU) and conduct internal audits

  • Support CARF accreditation readiness and New Jersey licensure audits

  • Provide outpatient withdrawal management in a licensed clinical setting using ASAM criteria for placement and CIWA-Ar for alcohol withdrawal monitoring

  • Provide medical oversight for alcohol, opioids, and benzodiazepines and ensure safe detox by following state regulations and evidence-based protocols
